A definitive agreement for the acquisition of the NDC technologies business has been signed by Nordson Corporation, one of the leading global providers of precision measurement solutions for in-line manufacturing process control from specters plc. This expands Nordson’s testing and inspection platform into new end markets and adjacent technologies. The all-cash transaction is now subject to customary post-closing adjustment at a value of $180 million.
